Private Event Booking Guideline and Terms!

Secure your special day with us! Book your date at least 4 weeks in advance for a seamless experience.

🔹 Booking Confirmation – A deposit is required to confirm your slot. Once booked, it won’t be available for others.

🔹 Planning & Costs – Once booked, we’ll go over your event details and finalize the Venue, Date and additional Product/Services and costs.

🔹 Payment & Security Deposit – Full 100% payment is due after finalizing the plan and date. A $500 security deposit will be collected and refunded within 24-48 hours after the event.

Cancellation Policy on Booking Amount (If your preferred dates are unavailable or you choose to cancel)

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 2 weeks before the event.

  • 75% refund if canceled 1 week before the event.

  • 50% refund if canceled less than 48 hours before the event.

  • All other payments will be fully refunded.

🔹 Designated Event Space – You will be provided a designated area for your event, which will not be accessible to other visitors at the farm or store. However, you will have exclusive access to 50 rows of lavender, decorative areas, and lavender blocks for photos and event décor. Our farm is spacious, and we can extend your event space for special activities or games upon request and based on availability (earlier booking is encouraged).

🔹 Full Farm Booking – If you wish to reserve the entire farm exclusively, an additional cost of $2500 will apply, subject to availability on your event dates. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to block the entire farm.

🔹 Venue Visit & Customization – You’re welcome to visit the farm, explore the venue, and suggest your preferred event setup or special requests. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

🔹 External Vendors – If you’re hiring caterers, decorators, or entertainment, notify us at least 1 week in advance. All licenses and details must be submitted before the event. These services are at your own cost, and we hold no liability for them.

🔹 Liability & Farm Guidelines – We are not liable for any incidents, accidents, or damage during the event. As an organic farm, all farm rules and guidelines must be strictly followed.
