Booking Dates: June 15 – September 15, 2025 (subject to availability)
Rental Rates (up to 25 people, between 8 AM – 8 PM):

đź’ś Full Day (up to 8 hours): $150
đź’ś Cleaning Charge: $30 (applies to all bookings)
Add-ons (additional charges):
Extra Picnic or Party Table (6-seater): $10 each
Additional Chairs: $2 each
Table Linens: $5 each
Chair Sashes: $2 each
Flower Vases: $5 each
Additional 5 people: $25 (max up to 50 people)
Private Shed for dressing and storing personal items:
$50 for Half Day
$75 for Full Day

Payment Policy: To confirm your booking, a minimum payment of $100 is required. The full amount must be paid at least 24 hours before your event date.
